Tunisia invites Jordan to attend investment forum in June

AMMAN — Members of the board of the Jordanian Businessmen Association (JBA) Mohammad Belbeisi and Hussameddin Hudhud, on Monday met with Tunisian Investment Authority President Baligh Bin Sultan to discuss ways to develop bilateral economic, investment and trade relations. In a statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, Bin Sultan invited the JBA to participate in the Tunisia Investment Forum at the end of June.
The two parties also agreed to meet more often and exchange trade delegation visits.
Belbeisi and Hudhud commended the role played by the Jordanian-Tunisian Business Council that was established in 2016 to enhance and encourage investment between the two countries, underlining the large number of Jordanian investors in Tunisia.
For his part, Bin Sultan said that Tunisia has a great deal of investment-related benefits and expertise in various sectors.
