AMMAN — “The confidence gap between the government and citizens is accumulative, and the government endeavours to bridge it," Minister of State for Media Affairs and Government Spokesperson Jumana Ghunaimat said on Thursday, during a meeting with youths from the "I Learn Initiative" in Jerash.
The minister noted that the government has solved the problem through launching media platforms such as "Haggak Tiraf" (in Arabic “Your right to know”), the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
These platforms aim at combating rumours and enhancing access to information, especially for youths who face different challenges including unemployment, she added.
