Jordan taekwondo searches for talent

AMMAN — A record number of youngsters are launching their dreams of becoming the next Jordan taekwondo star this weekend when the Federation hosts its National Juniors’ Championship, according to the Jordan Olympic Committee News Service.
More than 350 fighters are signed up for the event at Rashed Zyood Hall, with the talent scouts out in force to try and spot the next generation to represent the Kingdom. There is also the added incentive of Jordan hosting the Asia Juniors Championship in the summer of 2019.
