Jordan Olympic football team launches Tokyo campaign

AMMAN — Jordan’s Olympic football team has been placed in Group C for the Asian qualifying tournament to the Tokyo 2020 Games, according to the Jordan Olympic Committee News Service.
It has been drawn alongside Syria, Kyrgyzstan and Kuwait, with 44 teams distributed into 11 groups.
Only the top teams of each group will qualify to the Asian finals from where the top teams will go through to the Olympic Games.
