King, Queen offer condolences to Kurdi’s family

AMMAN — Their Majesties King Abdullah and Queen Rania on Wednesday visited the family of Hashem Kurdi in Tabarbour, where they paid respect for the death of their three-year-old child, a Royal Court statement said.
Hashem Kurdi, died in hospital last week as a result of wounds he sustained from an alleged attack during a wedding procession in Mafraq.
Police arrested all eight suspects who reportedly attacked a family of four during a wedding procession in Mafraq earlier in September, resulting in the death of Kurdi.
