Safadi discusses arrangements for third Union for the Mediterranean forum

AMMAN — Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi on Saturday discussed with the secretary general of the Union for the Mediterranean, Nasser Kamel, arrangements for the 3rd regional forum of the union. The forum will be held in Barcelona and co-chaired by the Kingdom and the European Union.
During their meeting on the sidelines of the 73rd session of the United Nations General Assembly, Safadi and Kamel underlined the forum's contributions in strengthening the cultural, economic and political cooperation between Mediterranean countries.
Also on Saturday, Safadi discussed the Palestinian issue and Syrian crisis with President of the International Crises Group Rob Malley.
