AMMAN — The Italian Government has announced the increase of the number of scholarships to be offered to foreign and Italian students residing abroad to 15 starting from academic year 2018-2019, an embassy statement said.
The scholarships, worth 900 Euros per month, are offered to carry out study, training and/or research programmes in Italian state institutions or university-level institutions.
“This is an opportunity that aims to strengthen cooperation in the cultural, scientific and technological fields between Italy and Jordan, in addition to projecting Italy’s economic model worldwide and disseminating the Italian language and culture,” the statement read.
