Al Maktoum Foundation to increase support to SMES

AMMAN — Deputy ruler of Dubai and the UAE’s minister of finance and industry, Patron of Al Maktoum Foundation HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum instructed concerned agencies to increase support to charitable and humanitarian projects in Jordan and small-and medium-sized enterprises (SMES) that contribute to the employment of  the youth, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Tuesday.

Member of the Board of Trustees and Sheikh Hamdan’s Office Director Mirza Sayegh said in a statement that the foundation’s work in Jordan will be expanded and that a joint committee  for that purpose will be formed to study the projects that need be implemented in Jordan.
