AMMAN — Prime Minister Hani Mulki on Wednesday conducted unannounced visits to two care centres for people with disabilities and the Civil Consumer Corporation, Ain Ghazal market, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The visits to the centres came to check on the services provided to beneficiaries. On Tuesday, Mulki directed Social Development Minister Wajih Azaizeh to close a care centre and issue warnings to two other centres for “committing gross violations”. During the market visit, the premier checked on prices, calling on consumers to shop at the Civil and Military Consumer Corporations’ outlets if they notice price hikes at other markets.
