AMMAN — A medical mission from the US, Ecuador and Mexico performed cleft lip and palate surgery on 13 children in Amman last week, the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) said in a statement released Friday.
In partnership with Islamic Relief, the medical mission treated Syrian and Palestinian children aged between three months and nine years, the PCRF-Amman Chapter said. The team left the capital for the West Bank city of Nablus on Friday, where they will treat more children during a one-week mission, the fund said.
