Customs officers seize fireworks, tasers

AMMAN — Jordan Customs Department personnel in Aqaba have foiled an attempt to smuggle fireworks and tasers in containers for children’s toys, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Wednesday. Customs officers confiscated 131 boxes of fireworks and 203 tasers and referred the case to the prosecutor.
