AMMAN — The Independent Election Commission (IEC) has distributed forms similar to the ballot papers that will be used in the September 20 polls to candidates to enable them to raise voter awareness on how to cast their ballots, IEC Spokesperson Jihad Momani said Sunday.
The forms distributed to candidates cannot be used in place of the actual ballot paper, which includes 18 security marks, Momani said, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The actual ballot paper cannot be forged, and it will be sealed and signed by the head of the election committee before it is given to the voter on election day, he added.
