CDD deals with 179 incidents in 24 hours

AMMAN — The Civil Defence Department (CDD) dealt with 179 incidents around the Kingdom over the course of 24 hours, it said in a statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, on Tuesday.
In these incidents, the CDD said, 93 people were injured. In one accident, seven people were injured when a car overturned in Karak’s Rawda area. The injured were taken to Karak Hospital, where they were reported to be in fair condition, according to Petra. In Zarqa, six people were injured when a car overturned in Hashemiyeh area.
The injured were listed in fair condition at Zarqa Public Hospital. In Mafraq’s Ghadeer Al Abyad area, four people were injured in a two-vehicle collision. The four were taken to Mafraq Public Hospital, where they were listed in fair condition, Petra reported.
