New ambassadors present credentials

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday received the credentials of seven newly-appointed ambassadors to the Kingdom at the Basman Palace.
Royal Court Chief Fayez Tarawneh and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh attended the ceremony, according to a Royal Court statement.
The envoys are: Lee Bom-yon as ambassador of South Korea, Maria Madalena Lobo Carvalho as non-resident ambassador of Portugal, Josop Bek Sharipov as non-resident ambassador of Kyrgyzstan, Hassan Adam Adji as non-resident ambassador of Chad, Alhji Said Sinare as non-resident ambassador of Ghana, Abdou Boubacar as non-resident ambassador of Niger, and Damien Cole as non-resident ambassador of Ireland.
