King invited to attend Arab-Latin summit

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Thursday received an invitation from Saudi King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to attend the fourth Summit of South American and Arab Countries, which will be hosted by Riyadh between November 10 and 11.
Royal Court Chief Fayez Tarawneh had received Saudi Chargé d’Affaires in Amman Tareq Rashwan, who conveyed the invitation, according to a Royal Court statement.
The summit, better known by its Portuguese and Spanish acronym ASPA, is expected to be attended by several world leaders and presidents. It seeks to maintain cooperation and coordination among Arab League member states and South American countries in various fields.
