Minister calls for training engineers on railway transport

AMMAN — Transport Minister Lina Shbeeb called on Tuesday for training Jordanian engineers in the railway transport field, due to its importance in light of plans to establish a national railway network.
Receiving Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) President Majid Tabaa and an accompanying delegation at the ministry, Shbeeb welcomed cooperation with the syndicate.
Tabba called for allowing engineers to receive training in ministry projects, and to include JEA as a partner in the project of tracking and controlling public vehicles, for its importance in developing engineers’ skills.
