Workshop highlights benefits of Tawasol app

AMMAN — The Amman Chamber of Commerce (ACC) has organised a workshop on the “Tawasol Feedback System on Business Inspection Performance” for business sectors, according to a statement released Sunday.

The workshop was held in partnership with the International Finance Corporation and the Industry, Trade and Supply Ministry.

The workshop, attended by representatives of commercial and service companies based in Amman, highlighted features of the Tawasol mobile application (available on www.tawasol.gov.jo).

The app “facilitates the provision of feedback on inspection processes from anywhere, at anytime and with full confidentiality” and is part of the National Inspection Reform Programme, the statement said.
