New ambassadors present credentials

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday received the credentials of six newly appointed ambassadors to the Kingdom.
They are John Andrew Davis of South Africa, Csaba Czibere of Hungary, Apichart Phetcharatana of Thailand, Mohammad Bourouba of Algeria, Anthony Louis Kon of South Sudan, and Soriba Camara of the Republic of Guinea.
Upon arrival at the Basman Palace for the ceremony, the King reviewed the guard of honour as a military band played the national anthems of Jordan and the ambassadors' respective countries.
The diplomats laid wreaths on the tombs of King Hussein, King Abdullah I, and King Talal.
Royal Court Chief Fayez Tarawneh and Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh attended the ceremony.
