Jordan, Oman discuss judicial cooperation

AMMAN — Justice Minister Bassam Talhouni on Monday met his Omani counterpart Abdulmalek Khalili and discussed prospects for further cooperation.

The two officials discussed the possibility for Oman to benefit from Jordan’s judicial experience, with Talhouni underlining the Kingdom’s willingness to provide all means of support.

Khalili said his country is keen to send Omani judges to Jordan for training.

Talhouni also met with a number of Omani judiciary officials and discussed ways to boost bilateral cooperation.
