Madaba gears up for 5th Speed Test

AMMAN — The 5th Round of the Jordan Open National Speed Test Championship kicks off on the Jordan Auto Track Madaba Raceway on Friday. Drivers from Palestine, Syria, Egypt, the UAE and Jordan are expected to challenge at this event. With the rallying scene booming, speed tests were introduced to the motor sport calendar in 1964 and have since been held at various locations throughout Jordan. Most recently they have been held at a variety of locations including SOFEX Racetrack, the Royal Automobile Club of Jordan and in Aqaba.
