CDD deals with 535 accidents during holiday

AMMAN – The Civil Defence Department (CDD) dealt with 535 accidents around the Kingdom during the four-day Eid Al Adha holiday, according to a statement sent to The Jordan Times on Wednesday.
The incidents included 245 fire-related incidents, which resulted in 15 injuries.
The CDD also dealt with 1,494 medical cases during the holiday.

Around 24,574 people visited inmates at correctional and rehabilitation centres during the Eid Al Adha holiday, the media centre at the Public Security Department (PSD) reported on Thursday.
