Aqaba employment fair to offer 2,000 jobs

AQABA — Around 2,000 job opportunities will be on offer for Aqaba residents during the first Aqaba Conference for Employment and its corresponding career day.
The Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) will organise the conference in cooperation with local companies next Tuesday.
The career day will provide jobs in the construction, tourism, hotel, industrial, service, transport and health sectors, among others.
The conference will include the signing of a memorandum of understanding between ASEZA, the Aqaba Development Company and the Aqaba Hotels Association to train and employ 50 jobseekers in the hotel industry for a period of six months.
