Prince Mired commends efforts of institute for deaf’s director

AMMAN — HH Prince Mired, president of the Higher Council for the Affairs of People with Disabilities, on Thursday presented Brother Andrew A.L.
de Carpentier, director of the Holy Land Institute for the Deaf, with a sign language interpretation licence.
The prince said the licence serves as recognition of Carpentier’s efforts to support the deaf community.
