Princess Sumaya calls for proficiency exams for all academic specialisations

AMMAN — HRH Princess Sumaya, chairperson of the Princess Sumaya University for Technology board of trustees, on Saturday called for applying proficiency exams for all academic specialisations at local universities.

During a visit to the Higher Education Accreditation Commission (HEAC), the princess stressed the importance of its role in maintaining the good reputation of the higher education sector locally, regionally and internationally.

HEAC President Bashir Zu’bi highlighted the commission’s role in developing higher education institutions and enhancing their competitiveness regionally and internationally.
