AMMAN — The Lower House on Tuesday began deliberations on the amended Jordan Bar Association Law, endorsing several articles.
During the session, deputies also began implementing the House’s new Rules of Procedure.
Moreover, 30 deputies submitted a memo calling for scrapping the current civil service by-law and drafting a new one.
Signatories to the memo said several provisions in the current by-law “harm the interests of employees”.
