Zarqa children to receive fourth dose of polio immunisation

AMMAN — The fourth dose of polio immunisation will be given to children in Zarqa Governorate as of October 26, Zarqa Health Department Director Turki Kharabsheh said Thursday.
The five-day campaign will include all children aged five years and below, regardless of their nationality or the previous immunisation they received, according to Kharabsheh, who noted that no cases of polio have been reported in the governorate for more than 25 years.
