Woman reportedly stabs husband in domestic dispute

AMMAN — A woman in her twenties reportedly stabbed her husband several times on Saturday evening, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, quoted a security source from Irbid’s police as saying on Sunday.

The incident occurred in Kufor Youba as a result of a domestic dispute that turned into a fight, the source said, adding that the husband, who is in his thirties, was taken to Prince Rashid Military Hospital where he was listed in fair condition. Authorities initiated an investigation and the wife was detained, according to the source.
