US delegation visits Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases Centre

AMMAN — A delegation of US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention on Wednesday visited the National Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases Centre to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise.

Raeda Qutob, head of the centre, reviewed the tasks and strategic goals of the centre, stressing the importance of the leading coordination role of the centre that complements other institutions work, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
