AMMAN — Upon the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah, Royal Court Chief Yousef Issawi on Saturday visited the family whose house was gutted a fire in the village of Deir Warraq in Mafraq, claiming the lives of four of their children and leaving their mother with severe injuries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Issawi conveyed His Majesty’s condolences to the family of the children and wished their mother a speedy recovery. He said, during his meeting with the father of the children Khaled Mashaqbeh, that His Majesty had instructed the concerned authorities to follow up on the health status of the mother who is recovering at Princess Basma Hospital, and to transfer her, if her health condition permits, to King Hussein Medical Centre to complete her treatment.

He added that His Majesty also instructed to carry out a comprehensive maintenance and furnishing of the family home.
