Universities to hold celebration marking King’s Accession to Throne

AMMAN — Under the patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah, the Yarmouk, Mutah, Al Hussein Bin Talal and Hashemite universities, along with the Jordan University for Science and Technology and the University of Jordan on Tuesday and Wednesday will hold ceremonies celebrating the 20th anniversary of King Abdullah’s Accession to the Throne.

The event, which will see the participation of young people from various governorates, will showcase success stories and include special performances. The event will be held at the Cultural Palace in Amman, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
