UNHCR employee dies after road accident

AMMAN — The UNHCR on Thursday mourned the death of one of its employees, Zeina Al Maaita, who passed away on Wednesday night in hospital after sustaining severe injuries in a road accident.
The 27-year-old employee joined the UNCHR in 2012 and was transferred to Irbid in February to work with refugees in the northern governorate.
