Two dead in Amman road mishap

AMMAN — Two women have died and another has been injured after their vehicle overturned in the Salhyet Al Abed area in the capital, a spokesperson of the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said on Sunday.

Paramedics from the East Amman Civil Defence Department administered first aid to the injured woman, who suffered multiple fractures, wounds and bruises and was listed in critical condition, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The bodies of the deceased were transferred to Al Bashir Hospital, the spokesperson noted.
