Tripadvisor, USAID to support Jordan tourism

AMMAN — The world’s largest travel website www.tripadvisor.com has announced a partnership with USAID, to develop sustainable tourism and support the Jordan Tourism Board, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Monday.
Tourism Minister Lina Annab said the support is aimed at enhancing Jordan’s digital presence at tripadvisor.com’s applications that are accessed by some 400 million potential travellers across the world. Moving to digital promotion and social media outlets has become a necessity to attract travellers to visit Jordan, Annab highlighted.
