AMMAN — The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) received a total of 4,103 complaints on telecommunication and post-services during the first six months of 2022, a TRC statement showed on Thursday.
Ninety-two per cent of complaints were addressed and solved, the statement noted according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The complaints in the January-June period included 3,215 relating to Internet services, 770 on mobile phone services, 83 for landline subscriptions, 32 for post services and three for "qualitative approvals".
