Three drown in Zaatari village pond

MAFRAQ — Civil Defence Department rescue teams on Thursday retrieved the bodies of two children and a man who drowned in an agricultural pond in Zaatari village, northeast of Mafraq, Mafraq Civil Defence Department Director Lt. Col. Bashir Momani said.

The man was 43 years old and the children were aged 14 and nine, according to Momani.
