Teachers at Madaba school transferred, ‘not a punishment’ — director

AMMAN — Central Madaba education director, Muhammad Msallam, said that the human resources committee at the directorate had decided to transfer teachers at the Faisalia School and assign new teachers.
Msallam told the Jordan News Agency, Petra, that the decision is a technical one and part of the directorate’s authorities and is not a punishment.
He noted that the investigation into the violent acts at the school on the first day of the academic year had not finished yet.
