AMMAN— The 2025 Tawjihi exams will kick off on Thursday, with 209,871 students set to take part nationwide.
On the first day, a total of 163,629 students are scheduled to sit for the national exam, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
This year’s cohort includes 147,461 regular students and 62,410 private-study applicants. The exams will be conducted in 826 halls across the Kingdom.
A total of 162 inmates will sit for the Tawjihi at correctional and juvenile rehabilitation centres across 15 facilities. Additionally, 27 students will take the exam at the King Hussein Cancer Centre, while 658 students with disabilities are also scheduled to participate.
The Tawjihi will be held in two daily sessions, with the first starting at 10am and the second at 1pm.
