Tarawneh, Canadian ambassador discuss cooperation

AMMAN — Lower House Speaker Atef Tarawneh on Monday discussed issues of mutual interest with Canadian Ambassador Peter MacDougall, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

During the meeting, Tarawneh voiced interest in boosting political, trade and economic relations, reviewing the tasks and mechanisms of the House’s work. For his part, MacDougall commended the depth of historical relations between Jordan and Canada.
