AMMAN — The Jordan Nurses and Midwives Association (JNMA), in cooperation with the Health Ministry, will prepare job descriptions for all nursing and midwifery specialisations to develop the profession and the conditions of workers, JNMA President Mohammad Hatamleh said Tuesday.
Hatamleh said job descriptions will define the tasks and duties of nurses and midwives.
JNMA will accomplish this during an open workshop for all nurses and midwives, during which attendees will be invited to participate in preparing job descriptions for their specialisations.
The description will help personnel find proper job opportunities abroad and meet the needs of Arab and international hospitals.
