SSC refuses to release on bail 12 suspects tied to tobacco case

AMMAN — The State Security Court (SSC) chaired by Mohammad Affif on Tuesday refused to release on bail 12 people arrested in relation to the tobacco factory case, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Hazem Majali, SSC attorney general, also denied rumours circulating on social media that the suspect Raed Hamdan, the “the right arm” of Awni Mutee, had been released on bail.
