Social Development Ministry launches service to receive complaints

AMMAN — The Ministry of Social Development on Sunday launched a WhatsApp service on the number 0791777661 to help citizens communicate comments and complaints about the ministry’s services across the Kingdom.
The ministry’s spokesperson said that the account will receive complaints and feedback on the work of the field directorates, nurseries, charities, public and private shelters, residential accommodations of the elderly, people with disabilities and children, as well as the directorate of juveniles and community security and development centres, family income generating projects, youth entrepreneurship programmes, local credit funds, small grants programmes, health insurance programme for poor families and the housing programmes for underprivileged families.
He stressed that all complaints and reports will be confidential, adding that legal action will be taken against violators, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, said.
