Shboul meets with ministerial, institutional spokespersons

AMMAN — Minister of Government Communications Faisal Shboul on Thursday stressed the important role of spokespersons in presenting ministerial and institutional plans and projects in addition to information delivery through the media.

During a meeting with several spokespersons of ministries and public institutions, Shboul praised their role in enriching the national dialogue, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The minister also listened to their inquiries on several local issues.

For their part, the spokespersons called for intensified training through courses and workshops in preparation for the UNESCO media literacy and misinformation conference, to be hosted by Jordan in October.
