Seven robbery suspects nabbed

AMMAN — Criminal Investigation Department (CID) personnel on Tuesday arrested seven suspects over shop robberies and vehicle thefts, in addition to mugging taxi drivers, the Public Security Department said.

Three suspects confessed to breaking into and robbing five shops, in addition to forcefully taking mobile phones and money from taxi drivers by threatening them with knives. In Irbid, CID personnel arrested four suspects over vehicle thefts.
