Senate president meets Kuwaiti ambassador

AMMAN — Senate President Faisal Fayez on Monday met with Kuwaiti Ambassador to Jordan Aziz Al Daihani and discussed regional developments and means to enhance cooperation in various fields, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Fayez highlighted the “deep-rooted” Jordanian-Kuwaiti relations and commended the strong ties based on “mutual respect” that serves mutual interests and Arab causes.

Daihani described his country’s relations with the Kingdom as "strategic", voicing Kuwait’s interest in further enhancing ties. He expressed appreciation of Jordan’s positions towards Arab causes.
