AMMAN — The Senate on Thursday endorsed the Lower House's decision to approve the personal data bill as amended by the Upper Chamber. The Parliament, with both its chambers, has completed the final bill of its extraordinary session, prior to referring it to His Majesty King Abdullah for final endorsement, prior to its effect six months after its publication in the Official Gazette, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The session commenced on July 16, with an agenda including the draft laws of public-private partnership, real estate ownership, cybercrime, traffic, corporations, Sharia courts, the repeal of an agreement law for the production of petroleum in Al Jafr area and the personal data.
