Senate approves reply to Speech from the Throne

AMMAN — The Senate on Sunday approved the reply to His Majesty King Abdullah’s Speech from the Throne during a session chaired by Senate President's First Deputy Samir Rifai, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

The Senate also named members of its 16 permanent committees and formed the National Youth Dialogue committee. The Speech from the Throne was delivered during the inauguration of the second ordinary session of the 19th Parliament on November 13.
