Ruseifa police arrest suspects in robbery

AMMAN — Ruseifa police on Monday reported the arrest of a “gang of six thieves” who were reportedly involved in different thefts.
Investigation led the police to the suspects, who were apprehended at different times and places, according to the Public Security Department media centre.
During questioning, they confessed to having looted commercial stores and vehicles that were
loaded with goods and said they were hiding the stolen goods in a warehouse they rented for this purpose.
Large amounts of stolen items were found at the warehouse and confiscated by police.
The police also apprehended two other suspects in connection with the theft of three cars in Ruseifa and several items from other vehicles.
