RSS honours 2017 World Academy of Sciences Award winners

AMMAN — Deputising for the Royal Scientific Society (RSS) President HRH Princess Sumaya, RSS Vice President Hanan Melkawi on Monday honoured the winners of the 2017 World Academy of Sciences Award, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The award was shared by Ramia Bakain from the University of Jordan and Samar Jaber from the American University for their “outstanding” contributions in the scientific field.

The society has been collaborating with the World Academy of Sciences since 2011 to enhance scientific and technological cooperation among developing countries.
