Royal Scientific Society, Agriculture Ministry sign MoU

AMMAN — The Royal Scientific Society and the Agriculture Ministry on Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding in the field of testing agricultural products exported from Jordan, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

During the signing ceremony attended by HRH Princess Sumaya, the president of the society, Agriculture Minister Khaled Hneifat signed the memo with the society’s Vice President Tareq Abdul Aziz.

Under the memorandum, the Royal Scientific Society will carry out tasks delegated in accordance with international standards, Petra reported, adding that Princess Sumaya highlighted the importance of cooperating with the Agriculture Ministry to enforce the proper safety standards for agricultural products.
