AMMAN — The Securities Depository Centre on Sunday registered the increasing shares of Royal Jordanian airline’s capital by 28,125,128 shares, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The capital was increased through non-public offer and the allotment of the shares to the government contribution management company.
The company’s capital registered with the securities depository became 274,610,704 instead of 246,403,342 shares, based on the decision of the Company’s General Assembly at its extraordinary meeting.
The decision was approved by the minister of industry, trade and supply and the board of commissioners of the Securities Commission.
